When Chandler Hill Vineyards considered an organizational restructuring, they invited Torus Solutions to work with the Advisory Board to bring the organization into alignment and take the already successful brand to the next level.

The Strategy

• Expand the managing members of the organization to better use the talents of the ownership team
• Organize an executive committee to liaison between this new governance board and management
• Implement action plans to focus on results and drive the customer engagement to new levels
• Open the lines of communication between ownership and working partners, bringing the company into alignment and building its mission, vision and values for sustainable growth
